Become a Mentor for The Quiet Strength Mentoring Program
Walk alongside young men and support their journey of becoming.
The Quiet Strength Mentoring Program is built on the belief that boys grow through presence, honesty, and compassionate guidance — not pressure or perfection.
We are seeking dedicated men who feel called to model calm strength, emotional maturity, faith, and character for the next generation.
If this resonates with you, we invite you to apply.
What Mentors Do:
co-lead or lead small group sessions
model emotional intelligence and grounded masculinity
guide boys through weekly themes
hold safe, calm space for sharing
support the group project (12-week cycle)
attend graduation
communicate respectfully with program leaders
You do NOT need to be a speaker or a teacher — just a steady presence.
Who We Are Looking For
We welcome men who:
have a heart for guiding youth
can listen deeply without fixing
value faith, maturity, and character
can hold calm in emotional conversations
believe manhood is a journey, not performance
want to make a generational impact
This is not about having the right résumé — it’s about becoming the right presence.
