  • Still Waters Weekend is a 3-day, 2-night spiritual retreat designed to help you unplug, reflect, and reconnect with God through silence, scripture, nature, and guided rest. Inspired by Psalm 23, the experience offers soul renewal through quiet time, journaling, reflection walks, and optional group prayer.

  • This retreat is for adults ages 25 and up, especially women (though some weekends may be co-ed). It's ideal for caregivers, ministry leaders, professionals, and anyone feeling spiritually weary or in need of stillness and renewal. No prior retreat experience is needed.

  • The weekend includes:

    • Guided morning meditations and breath prayers

    • Scripture-based journaling and quiet reflection

    • Silence walks through the gardens

    • Firelight worship and optional sharing circles

    • Nourishing meals and personal rest time

    • Closing communion and blessings

    While there is a gentle schedule, participants are encouraged to follow their own rhythm and engage in the ways that feel most healing.

  • No. Silence is sacred here. Group sharing is always optional. You are welcome to observe quietly, journal privately, or simply rest.

  • The retreat is spiritually rooted in the Christian faith, using scriptures (like Psalm 23, Isaiah 43, and John 4) as anchors. That said, it is open to all who seek rest and connection with God in a respectful, nonjudgmental environment.

  • We offer both:

    • Private rooms (for full solitude and personal processing)

    • Shared rooms (for those open to quiet, paired lodging with another guest)
      All rooms are simple, peaceful, and electronics-free. Bathrooms may be shared depending on the setup. You may also choose a commuter pass if you live nearby and prefer to sleep at home.

    • 2 nights of lodging (or day access for commuters)

    • 6 nourishing meals and herbal teas

    • All guided sessions and access to reflection spaces

    • A Still Waters journal and spiritual gift bag

    • Optional post-retreat support email with prayer prompts

  • We’ll send a full packing list upon registration, but key items include:

    • Comfortable clothing and walking shoes

    • Bible or devotional (we also provide scripture cards)

    • Water bottle, journal (one is included, but bring your own if preferred)

    • Personal care items and any medications

  • We encourage a “digital sabbath” while on retreat. Guests are asked to silence and tuck away their phones to fully engage in the stillness. Emergency contact numbers will be provided to loved ones for urgent needs.
