The Quiet Strength Mentoring Program for Teen Boys (Ages 13–17)

Inspired by the wisdom of “Notes on Becoming a Man” - Scott Galloway

A New Way for Boys to Become Men

Growing up today is heavy for many boys. They carry pressure silently, hide their emotions, and often lack safe male role models.

The Quiet Strength Mentoring Program is a grounded, heart-centered space where boys can breathe, reflect, and begin shaping the kind of men they want to become.

Drawing from the themes in Notes on Becoming a Man, this program helps boys understand their inner world, communicate honestly, and cultivate strength that is quiet, steady, and real.

About The Program

The Quiet Strength is an 8–to 12–week facilitated mentoring journey designed as a small-group experience for boys aged 13– 17. The program is informed by developmental psychology, emotional regulation frameworks, and leadership concepts explored in On Becoming a Man by Scott Galloway, which examines the challenges boys and young men face as they navigate identity, responsibility, and emotional growth.

Boys meet weekly in guided group sessions where conversations are intentional, respectful, and age-appropriate. Each session focuses on building emotional awareness, self-regulation, communication skills, and healthy leadership habits to support boys through adolescence.

The program blends:

facilitated group discussions

practical exercises and leadership-building activities

guided reflection and journaling

emotional regulation and communication tools

simple at-home practices to apply learning in daily life

This is not therapy and not a lecture-based program.
It is a structured, relational mentoring experience that helps boys develop language for their inner world, confidence in who they are becoming, and tools they can carry into adulthood.
